Pricing & Usage: Bandwidth-Based Model

Our pricing model is based exclusively on bandwidth usage, not storage space.

1. Unlimited Storage There are no limits on storage. You can upload and keep as many files as you need on our servers without affecting your monthly plan. We do not charge for the space your files occupy.

2. Bandwidth Usage Your plan represents the amount of data transferred when you order, process, or download files.

  • Bandwidth determines your plan tier.

  • Usage is calculated based on the total size of files ordered during the current cycle.

  • The counter resets at the beginning of each month.

  • Unused bandwidth does not roll over to the next month.

Monthly Bandwidth Limits:

  • BASIC: 100GB / Month

  • BASIC+: 200GB / Month

  • PRO: 300GB / Month

  • PRO+: 500GB / Month

Important Note: Malicious Uploads & Security

Q: What happens if a malicious user floods my upload area with files but never places an order? Does this consume my bandwidth?

A: Short answer: No. Bandwidth usage is calculated strictly based on completed orders.

Files that are uploaded but not ordered do not count toward your monthly limit. In other words, for a bad actor to affect your bandwidth usage, they would essentially have to become a paying customer and generate revenue for youπŸ€—

Additionally, our system is equipped with active security measures to detect anomalies, instantly blocking bots or potential attackers.

Overage Policy If you exceed your bandwidth limit, your service will not be interrupted. Instead, we will contact you via email to discuss the overage and provide appropriate next steps or pricing options.

Need More Data? If you anticipate higher bandwidth usage, please share your estimated monthly volume with us. We would be happy to prepare a customized price quote tailored to your needs.
